BECKER AR-3202 Universal VHF Aircraft Communication System
The Becker AR 3202 series transceivers combine the latest technology and compact size to provide the ultimate in performance and reliability. The standard 760-channel model operates in the 118.0 to 135.975 frequency range, with an output of 20 Watts, and is certified for high altitude operation. APG-Eastern Avionics can configure versions that operate at frequencies up to 152 MHz. The complete system is housed in a single compact unit, which complies with ARINC standards. It eliminates the remote boxes, interconnecting cables, and external forced air-cooling, which is required in older designs. It is lighter in weight and much easier to install than any other Dzus product and provides superior performance. Because of their special design and rugged construction the AR-3202 series has established an excellent record of trouble free service in GA, commuter, commercial helicopter and military aircraft installations. BECKER IN-3300 Series VHF Navigation CDI Indicator System
BECKER IN 3300 Series VOR/LOC/GS indicators The Becker IN-3300 series indicators are professional quality displays for VOR, Localizer, Glide Slope or GPS systems. They provide all steering information needed for IFR flying. The highest quality electronic components, meter movements, and die cast housings, are used to ensure reliability and EMI protection. The IN 3300 series indicators can be back mounted in any standard 3.25-inch (82.55 mm) diameter instrument panel cutouts or front mounted in ARINC standard cutouts. IN 3360-(2)-B Compact VOR/LOC/GS Indicator The IN 3360-(2)-B indicator has all the features and capabilities of the IN-3300-(10) described above in a super compact 2.25 inch (5.72 mm) clock mount sized package. The RT-3209 / CU-5209 tranceiver systems enable pilots and installation technicians to customize the VHF communication system in any aircraft. High 20 Watt output power and low cost provides the best in value and installation flexibility for every aircraft and mission profile. The system is ideally suited for installations where minimum panel space is to be used. The tiny CU-5209 control head fits in any standard 2 1/4" (Clock Mount Size) (57mm) round instrument panel cutout and is only 2 1/2" deep. The Becker RN 3300 / CU 5301 VOR/ILS receiver is ideally suited for installations in the tightest of panels. It utilizes the tiny CU 5301 control head which fits into a standard 2 1/4" (57mm) round instrument panel cutout and is only 2 1/2" deep. Lightweight remote receivers with VOR/LOC or VOR/LOC/GS capabilities are mated with this control unit to complete a system. These receivers can be installed at any convenient place in the aircraft. The CU 5301 control unit offers a clear, high contrast, double line LCD display, which is readable under all lighting conditions, even in bright sunlight. BECKER ATC 3401 Aircraft ATC Transponder System
The Becker ATC-3401 is certified in accordance with FAA TSO C47c, Class 1A, for the highest level of unrestricted service to 62,700 feet. It displays the 4096 ID Squawk code in its left window, and its operating mode or Flight Level Altitude in its right window. A stored VFR code, such as 1200, can be quickly recalled with a VFR push button. The IDENT can be remotely controlled from a button on the control stick and even power can be remotely switched. The complete system is housed in a single compact ARINC DZUS mounted unit. It does not require the remote boxes, interconnecting cables, or external forced air cooling, which are typical of older transponder designs in this performance class. It is lighter in weight and easier to install than any other manufacturer's product with comparable performance. Because of their efficient design and rugged construction, ATC 3401 transponders have established an enviable record of trouble free service, even in the hostile environments of commercial helicopter and military aircraft installations. Like all Becker PrimeLine avionics equipment, the ATC 3401 transponders combine modern technology and compact size to provide superior performance. BECKER ATC 5401R / CU 5401 Aircraft ATC Transponder System
The Remote Mounted ATC 5401R / CU 5401 ATC Transponder System is a small lightweight air traffic control transponder designed for installations where instrument panel space is limited. The CU 5401 control unit is designed to be mounted into a standard 2 1/4" (57mm) round instrument panel cut-out and is only 2 1/2" deep. The mode A/C receiver and high power transmitter, are housed in a separate unit, which can be installed at any convenient place in the aircraft. The control unit offers a clear, high contrast, double line LCD display, which is readable under all lighting conditions, even bright sunlight. When an altitude encoder is connected, the reported altitude is displayed below the transponder code to verify correct operation of the entire system. Any of the standard 4096 identification codes can easily be chosen by the rotary selector switches. Two preset identification codes, for VFR flight or other purposes, can be entered from the front panel and stored in nonvolatile memory for instant recall by a single key stroke. This transponder is suitable in all types of fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft, operates from both 14 and 28 volt input power and will be certified for both VFR and IFR operations. It complies with the requirements of JTSO C74c, class 1A, and can report altitudes up to 62,700 feet. Low power consumption, coupled with small size and weight and high altitude reporting capability make it an ideal selection as a standby transponder for larger aircraft, operating at flight levels where interruptions in transponder operation cannot be tolerated. For truly compact installation, this transponder can be combined with other Becker PrimeLine II equipment, such as the VHF-COM, ADF and the NAV-VOR/ILS navigation, which have matching control units. The transponder remote receiver/transmitter unit can be controlled by other types of CDU or FMS devices and is ideally suited for use as essential sensor in flight management systems.

BECKER ADF 3500 Automatic Direction Finder System
The BECKER ADF 3500 automatic direction finding system provides outstanding range and accuracy as well as the ultimate in reliability. In addition to the standard frequency range of 190 to 1799.5 kHz, the ADF 3500 also receives the international maritime distress frequency of 2182 +/- kHz, making it suitable for search and rescue, and other offshore operations. It is certified for high altitude operation in turbine-powered aircraft. The receiver is housed in a single block unit for DZUS mounting, which complies with ARINC standards. It eliminates the remote boxes, interconnecting cables, and external forced air-cooling, which is required in older designs. Becker ADF 5500 ( RA 3502 / CU 5502 ) Remote Controlled ADF System
The Becker ADF 3502 system operates throughout the frequency range of 190 to 1799.5 kHz. And is ideal for installations where minimum space is available. The tiny control CU 5502 fits into any standard 2 1/4" round instrument cutout and is only 2 1/2" deep. The ADF-receiver can be installed at any convenient place in the aircraft. The RS 422 interface provides a dependable interface between the control head and the receiver. The CU 5502 control head uses a sharp high contrast, double line LCD display, which is readable under all lighting conditions, even bright sunlight. The frequency can be selected in 0.5kHz / 1kHz, 10kHz / 100kHz steps by using a variable speed frequency control. The preselection in the channel memory of the preset display allows instant switchover by pushing a "Flip-Flop" key to a new NDB enroute for indication of the cross bearing for a position fix relatively to a second NDB. The output of the receiver is compatible with indicator ID 3502 and the converter AC 5303/04 for RMI. The ADF 5500 system features an extensive automatic self-test function. After switching on the receiver, the microprocessor, frequency synthesizer, and liquid crystal display go through a full self-test routine. All systems will be JTSO certified for either VFR or IFR use in all types of fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. For truly compact installations, this ADF can be combined with matching Becker COM, NAV-VOR/ILS, and Transponder systems.
