Control unit provides annunciation and mode selection for both TAWS (Terrain Awareness Warning System) and EGPWS (Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System). Presents primary or secondary visual alert of TAWS/EGPWS within the pilot’s direct field of view. Proven daylight-readable annunciations with automatic photocell dimming. Internally lighted push-buttons provide firm tactile feedback to the pilot and includes a selector that activates terrain display feedback to the pilot. Remote annunciator test capability.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Two unique, compact sizes: 0.80” H x 2.25” W x 3.50” D 0.80” H x 2.75” W x 3.50” D Meets RTCA DO-160C environmental. Certified to 55,000 ft. Available with 3 buttons, 14V and 28V.
